I have noticed many good reports so hopefully this will work out. This post will be edited once final review and response are posted. I would have been a loyal player for years. At the very least if you are closing my account which just happened, please refund my deposits. I really like the games and if I had known ya'll were a legitimate sweepstakes casino this would not have happened. Why allow someone to make deposits and then not answer their questions and then allow them to make more deposits. I received a few replies but they didn't say they would close my account with my deposit still in play.
I asked for clarification of the rules and whether I should make any more deposits. I explained the issue and made several deposits.
I contacted Chumba and let them know about this issue. We were intoxicated and just messing around so they used my e-mails and info to set up accounts to play. I recently signed up for an account but I didn't realize this site was an actual place to make deposits for real wins so several of my friends were over drinking and having a good time and they all wanted to try the games.
